ISO TOOL 1.82(普米3支持)

Homebrew coder Takka has released a new version of ISO Tool, a nifty lil app that allows you to decrypt, convert and patch all ISOs straight from your custom firmwared PSP. Now on version 1.83, the latest release includes some new features and more fixes to further improve the homebrew.
